As Inventor/Chairman of the iconic TrueBounce Basketball Backboard Company,  Eric has designed and developed a short full court 3on3 game as an alternative to the traditional 3on3 half court game.  For the past ten years, Eric has promoted  the reduced size court concept featuring a 2-point inside the free throw line and 1 point outside the free throw line. This is mainly for the players to experience the comfort of the TrueBounce Backboard; also as a different approach to player development and excitement.  As a coach/trainer, 1,000 point collegiate scorer, as a former professional referee, college and high school official, Eric brings a lifelong passion for the game and carries a wealth of basketball experience and expertise needed to launch the newest 3-Man 3on3 game.
